An association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of its members who review financial performance, elect directors and vote on key issues. It ensures transparency and compliance, typically covering reports, auditor appointments and future plans. We like to make ours very social by adding some refreshments and providing the opportunity to visit with neighbours either before and after the meeting itself.
You are welcome to attend if you are a:
- Resident Member (live in Winston Heights-Mountview)
- Lifetime Member (those who have made a significant contribution to the community as members of the association)
- Associate Member (members who are not residents of the community)
- Non-member (we’d love to have you)
One membership includes all who live in that household. Each household has one vote.
We welcome Non-members. And, if you wish to become a member or renew your membership before the meeting, you only need to go on our website, sign up and pay the initial $20 annual fee.
It’s important to know how many Resident Member and Lifetime Member households will attend to know if we will meet quorum. And, we ask Associate and Non-Members to register so we are sure to have enough food and drink.
