SUMMARY:AGM with Wine & Cheese Reception
DESCRIPTION:We hope to see you at our May 26th Annual General Meeting with 
 Wine &amp\; Cheese Reception.\n\nAn association's Annual General Meeting (
 AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of its members who review financial p
 erformance\, elect directors and vote on key issues. It ensures transparen
 cy and compliance\, typically covering reports\, auditor appointments and 
 future plans. We like to make ours very social by adding some refreshments
  and providing the opportunity to visit with neighbours either before and 
 after the meeting itself.\n\nYou are welcome to attend if you are a:\n\n 	
 Resident Member (live in Winston Heights-Mountview)\n 	Lifetime Member (th
 ose who have made a significant contribution to the community as members o
 f the association)\n 	Associate Member (members who are not residents of t
 he community)\n 	Non-member (we'd love to have you)\n\nOne membership incl
 udes all who live in that household. Each household has one vote.\n\nWe we
 lcome Non-members. And\, if you wish to become a member or renew your memb
 ership before the meeting\, you only need to go on our website\, sign up a
 nd pay the initial $20 annual fee.\n\nRegister here in advance!\n\nIt's im
 portant to know how many Resident Member and Lifetime Member households wi
 ll attend to know if we will meet quorum. And\, we ask Associate and Non-M
 embers to register so we are sure to have enough food and drink.
