It only happens once a year — don’t miss your chance to give unwanted, unused, and unloved items a new home! Meet your neighbours, help the community, and reduce landfill waste.
Who’s at this year’s event?
- Techno Trash – TVs, computers, printers, wires, and more
- Calgary Drop-In Centre – Furniture, clothing, household goods
- ALCOP – Scrap metal (patio sets, bed frames, bikes, etc.)
- City of Calgary – Safe disposal of general waste (no hazardous materials/chemicals)
Hazardous waste? Drop off daily at your nearest Fire Station, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Volunteers Needed!
This event runs on community power. Sign up for a 3-hour shift to help with traffic, unloading, or home pickups (available until list is full).
- Safety gear, coffee, snacks & lunch provided
- Roles for all ability levels
- A fun way to meet your neighbours
