Rick Balbi Architect, in partnership with the owner, is welcoming the community to participate in an upcoming meeting to discuss an upcoming land use amendment and development permit application for a mixed-use development located at 2202 Edmonton Trail NE and 408 21 Avenue NE. This is an opportunity for the architect and owner to provide an open forum to discuss the proposal, and the answer any questions or concerns you may have as a neighbour. The meeting will be held at the Winston Heights Community Hall with the owner and architect, but you can contact the architect’s office if you are unable to attend the meeting and have any questions or concerns.
