DESCRIPTION:The Farm Stand Program continues to grow\, and we’re proud to
  support The City of Calgary’s initiative to bring more locally and regi
 onally grown food into Calgary communities while supporting local farmers 
 and producers. This program helps create greater access to fresh\, nutriti
 ous food while strengthening a more sustainable and resilient local food s
 ystem.\nThrough the Food Action Plan\, Calgary is creating more opportunit
 ies for communities to grow\, share\, and purchase local food. The initiat
 ive supports urban agriculture\, community partnerships\, food education\,
  and improved food accessibility for all Calgarians.\nWe’re excited to f
 eature produce from Broxburn Vegetables\, a trusted local grower known for
  exceptional quality greenhouse and field-grown fruits and vegetables. Bro
 xburn operates a 3-acre greenhouse using environmentally responsible growi
 ng practices\, including biological pest control methods that rely on natu
 ral predators instead of chemical pesticides. Their commitment to sustaina
 ble farming helps deliver fresh\, healthy produce to our community while s
 upporting innovative and environmentally conscious agriculture across Albe
