Community Recycling Day and BBQ

The Winston Heights – Mountview Community Association has partnered with the City of Calgary to host a one day event for all Winston Heights – Mountview Community Members.  This is a perfect opportunity to throw out, donate and recycle anything in your home that is creating clutter!

What:  Winston Heights – Mountview Community Recycling Day and BBQ

When:  Saturday September 15, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (BBQ 11 a.m.)

Where: Winston Heights – Mountview Community Hall, 520 27 Avenue N.E.

Cost:  Recycling – Free for all Winston Heights – Mountview Community Members – memberships available on site for $10

               BBQ – $3 for everyone

Volunteers will be needed for traffic control and BBQ help  –   Contact to volunteer

Household chemicals, paint, and propane tanks will NOT be accepted at the Community Hall, but can be dropped off at Fire Station #4, 1991 – 18 Avenue N.E. (glass is recyclable through the blue bins)
