At this year’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 18, Members of the Winston Heights – Mountview Community Association will be asked to approve a new set of bylaws.

The existing bylaws have been updated and new clauses added to ensure they reflect best practices. For example, some additional clauses have been added to reflect the common use of electronic communication such as email, and minor word changes have been made to ensure consistency.

For the sake of efficiency, rather than asking Members to approve each amendment to our existing bylaws, Members will be presented with a new set of bylaws to approve at the Annual General Meeting.
